Project Owner is Unable to See Their Project In Project Center

PPM Works receives support calls often regarding users not being able to see projects in Project Center. Sometimes the user is an Administrator or the Project Owner. Most of us think they must have a filter applied to views that they forgot to remove. But if the view is not filtered, why would they not be able to see the project if they are in the correct security group? On the Projects ribbon in Project Center there is a check box for Subprojects.

This box is not checked by default. If a project is a subproject inserted in a Master Program it will disappear from Project Center views unless this box is checked.

PPM Works recommends you select this checkbox as it will remain selected and it can save you hours of troubleshooting!
