Deleting an Enterprise Project

Many organizations lock down the permission to delete an enterprise project. If you are unable to perform the steps below, your organization has disabled this command.

Caution: Once projects have been deleted they cannot be restored in Project Online. Only delete if you are certain. Project Managers can only delete their own projects.

1. Open Project Pro.

2. Select Open.

3. If you have Microsoft Project already opened, select File

Open

4. Browse (do not use Recent).

5. Right click on the name of the Project and select Delete.

 

Remember to notify your Administrator that the project has been deleted so they can delete the associated project site.
