Microsoft Power BI Embedded is generally available with a standard general availability service level agreement (SLA) in nine datacenters worldwide. Power BI Embedded is an Azure service that allows application developers to embed stunning, fully interactive reports and visualizations in customer-facing apps without the time and expense of having to build custom controls from the ground up. New functionalities in the service include row-level security for advanced filtering in embedded reports to support multiple-tenant SaaS app scenarios. We also simplified the Power BI Embedded pricing model and effective September 1, 2016, we’ll introduce a per-report, session-based pricing model rather than charge per report element render.
