PPM Works Supports the National MS Society

PPM Works was thrilled to sponsor and be part of the MS Society’s Cape Code Getaway Bike for a Cure ride last weekend on June 24th and 25th. Our own co-founder Jacques Goupil was riding with his favorite team Liam’s Lucky Charms. This awesome team rode for two days for 155 miles and most importantly raised over $440,000 dollars this year alone. In the ten years of raising funds and awareness for MS, Liam’s Lucky Charms has raised over $2.5 Million dollars! We are so proud of this group and all they have accomplished as a team.

Why You Should Sponsor the MS Society and what having MS Means

Having multiple sclerosis means that you may suddenly have blurry vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason. Or that you may not always be able to walk, let alone ride a bike. The symptoms of MS are different for everyone – the only certainty is that it will affect yet another person every hour of every day. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Central New England Chapter will use funds collected from the Cape Cod Getaway to not only support research for a world free of MS, but also to provide programs that address the needs of people living with MS today. Because we can end this disease by simply riding a bike, because we have chosen to help thousands of people through a contribution to the Bike MS Ride, we are now getting closer to the hour when no one will have to hear the words, “You have MS.”
