“The Full Monte!”  Get A Good Look At Your MS Project Plans
Sponsored By: BARBECANA

Burlington, MA – On Wednesday December 11, 2013, The Boston Chapter of MPUG (Official Industry Association for Microsoft Project http://www.boston.mpug.com) will be holding a membership meeting. This interactive presentation and discussion will be facilitated by Mr. Jacques Goupil, MCP, MCTS, PMP and Mr. Mark H. Wells, PMP at the Burlington Microsoft Store in the Burlington Mall.

Every PM wants a better project plan, one that has a high chance of coming in on time and is structurally well built. The next MPUG Boston meeting will provide tools that help determine the schedule risk and quality of the project plan. Conducted in three parts, Jacques will kick-off the session with an overview of the new features in MS Project 2013. From there Mark will introduce two add-ins from Barbecana – Full Monte and Schedule Inspector. Full Monte (you have to love that name) is a Monte Carlo simulation tool that helps determine the schedule risk for the plan by predicting the likelihood of the planned project end date. Schedule Inspector is a project plan quality assessment tool that judges the plan on several factors and even offers to help correct the issues it found.

The presentation will be given at the Burlington Microsoft Store, Burlington Mall, 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Suite 130, Burlington, MA 01803, Phone: (781) 685-1000. Get directions (Located on the Lower Level near Center Court)
