Earned Value (EV) and Earned Value Management (EVM) is the way that we can track and measure the performance of a project against the baseline that has been created for that same project. It is currently the most widely used method that measures Time, Scope and Cost. EVM use is mandated by the US government as the primary cost control and report management tool. It is also an industry standard (ANSI 748) that is widely followed and in use worldwide for large projects.

Topics Include:
• What is Earned Value
• Using Earned Value
• Earned Value Sample Use
• Earned Value Analysis –How EV is used
