Microsoft Project: Your Subscription Has Expired

Microsoft Project 2013, Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Online

your subscription has expired

If you are receiving the following warning when opening Microsoft Project, “Your subscription has expired for Microsoft Project” – you will need to do the following:

 

For Subscriptions:

  1. Have your Office 365 Admin associate the correct (possibly new) license/subscription with your user account.
  2. Once that has been completed – you can launch Microsoft Project and click on Sign In expired subscription
  3. Then simply enter your email and password and Microsoft Project will take care of the rest. account updated

To Enter a Product Key select Enter Key – enter the key and Microsoft Project will do the rest.
