Microsoft Teams New Feature – Project for the Web and Roadmap Apps
New this October Microsoft just released Project and Roadmap apps for Microsoft Teams. Now you can keep up with your projects, or create new projects, all from your one source hub for teamwork – Teams.
Use the new Project for the Web App in Teams to stay on top of all your projects. Roadmap provides an interactive and visual way for you to see multiple projects at once. You can get these apps by following these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams and select or create the team channel you would like to add the Project or Roadmap app to
- Click the + on the top right of the channel
- Type in “project” or “roadmap” and click on the icon
- Either create a new Project/Roadmap or select an existing Project/Roadmap
Please note that all Office 365 users can view Project/Roadmaps but only the individuals with a license can edit or create a Project/Roadmap.
