 Log into Project ProfessionalÂ
- Go to Tools>> Build Team from Enterprise
- Click on the Generic Resource you would like to swap (on the right side)
- Click on the named resource you would like to swap (on the left side)
- Making sure that both resources are highlighted, click on Replace and then OK
