Boston MPUG Chapter Meeting: No Fooling With Cross-Project Links
Join the Boston Chapter of MPUG (Official Industry Association for Microsoft Project) for our next meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 where the topic will be “No ‘Fooling’ With Cross-Project Links”. This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Vern Valero, PMP at our new meeting location: Constant Contact in Waltham, MA.
Does your schedule have dependencies in other schedules? Do you need to regularly report about events in multiple projects and schedules? Are you tired of “fooling around” trying to extract data from multiple schedules?
Then the Microsoft Project cross-linking feature may be the way to obtain the data that you need in an automated manner. And that’s no joke!

The meeting will be held at our new “permanent” home at Constant Contact, 1601 Trapelo Road in Waltham, MA, Phone: 781-472-8100. The facility is located just off of Route 128/I-95, Exit 28 and offers free parking. Enter through the main building under the clock. Our meetings will be in the Great Room South which is a beautiful venue with state-of-the-art electronics and plenty of seating and networking space. Please note that the Constant Contact building is the 2nd building as you go around to the right (the building and parking lot are on the left).

About The Speaker:
Vern Valero has nearly 30 years’ experience managing development projects in the defense, networking, and automotive industries and most recently planning Air Force projects at Hanscom Air Force Base.
Vern is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Masters of Project and Program Management from Brandeis University.
