Join the Boston Chapter of MPUG for our next meeting on Wednesday November 4, 2015 where the topic will be “Critical Path and Other Blazed Trails”. This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Vernon Valero, PMP at our regular meeting location: Constant Contact in Waltham, MA.
Have you ever become lost in the dark forest of difficult projects? Do you think that the Critical Path might be the trail to success? Do you often wish that Critical Path was more obvious in Microsoft Project? Are there other important trails in the project forest?

About the Speaker:
Vern Valero has nearly 30 years’ experience managing development projects in the defense, networking, and automotive industries and most recently planning Air Force projects at Hanscom Air Force Base. Vern is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Masters of Project and Program Management from Brandeis University.
