We contributed to the new release of Microsoft Project for the past three cycles, share our expertise as volunteers for PMI and other industry groups, and developed Microsoft certification exams and certifications series. In addition  we sit on two boards for the Microsoft Project Users Group.

Scott Clausen
Scott ClausenDirector of Delivery and Technology
Scott Clausen has been helping client customers with Microsoft work management and PPM based solutions for over 20 years. Scott is presently Managing Partner of PPM Works, Inc. where he heads the San Francisco office. Scott offers a unique combination of business, project management, and technical expertise. Scott is an expert at envisioning and delivering solutions that utilize technologies across Project, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure and SQL Server Business Intelligence platforms. Scott has launched several large Project environments that required expertise in architecture planning, requirements consolidation, upgrade planning, PSI integrations, and custom SQL Reports. Jacques Goupil
Jacques GoupilDirector of Training and Business Development
Jacques hold his MCP and MCTS in Microsoft Project and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI®. He has been implementing Microsoft work management solutions since 1998 and has over 20 years of professional experience in project management software design, implementation, and development. Coming from a Program Management background, Jacques has successfully implemented PMOs at many Top 50 firms and he shares his experience and knowledge as a guest speaker and panelist at several industry conferences. He was selected by Microsoft as the Lead SME for the Microsoft Certification Exam, Managing Projects and is a Certification Instructor Microsoft Project Users Group. Jacques motto is ‘Health and Family first’ and he shares his passion as a community volunteer and family advocate.
