Event Description:

Join the Boston Chapter of MPUG (Official Industry Association for Microsoft Project) for our next member meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 where the topic will be “MPUG –Project Online/Server 2013 Workflows”. This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Jacques Goupil, MCP, MCTS, PMP and PPM Works, Inc. at the Burlington Microsoft Store in the Burlington Mall.

Learn how to meet your organization’s business process automation needs while espousing Project Portfolio Management governance through the powerful new workflow capabilities in Project Online/Server 2013.

This session will give you a start into the world of workflow – you will understand how to create and manage Project Server/Project Online workflows. We will cover the benefits of Project Server/Project Online workflows, assist you to understand the workflow functionality set within the products (Project Online and Project Server), guide you through the necessary pieces to creating successful workflows, and provide you with a Workflow Checklist, that you can use when you create your own Project Server/Online Workflows. With time permitting we will cover capturing Ideation (def: idea generation, the process of creating new ideas) within your organization.
