Security Changing from SP 2013 to PS 2013

Security Changing: When Project Server 2013 is first implemented, the security permissions will be in SharePoint 2013, and not in Project Server. In order to change the Security permissions you will need to use Powershell.

The Example script to change it from SharePoint to Project Server is:

Set-SPPRojectPermissionMode -Url http://AppServer/pwa -AdministratorAccount contoso\John.Woods -Mode ProjectServer

Once the script is used you will be able to go into Project Server, Server Settings, and see Security.
